About The Project
Institute On Aging is a community-based non-profit organization serving thousands of older adults and people with disabilities in San Francisco, Marin, and the Peninsula. The organization empowers independence and preserves dignity. For more than 25 years, the Institute on Aging has developed and provided innovative health, social service, creative arts, community, and professional education programs.
Argus created a cohesive branding and wayfinding experience for the Institute On Aging across various applications, including marketing support, architectural graphics, and experiential signage. Our work began with research and development of a communication platform, based on the Institute On Aging’s client-centric approach, that would resonate with the organization’s partners and donors. A common theme emerged through our work: care that provides personal freedom and enhanced quality of life for the senior citizens and communities the Institute On Aging serves. The Institute On Aging Campus is an excellent illustration of that theme as it presents a high-profile and unique center for the organization’s vital work. Our firm’s branding and wayfinding design applications elevate the theme, create a cohesive experience, and tie the place together as visitors and staff move toward and through the Institute On Aging campus.
