About The Project
Argus worked with Forest City to create the brand for 2175 Market, which offers a collection of rental apartments featuring well-appointed one- and two-bedroom layouts with open floor plans, generous windows and the latest appliances and fixtures. It is designed to meet LEED Platinum Certification while featuring natural materials and high-quality finishes. It is located at the five-point intersection of Market, 15th and Sanchez Streets. It is the convergence of some of San Francisco’s most vibrant neighborhoods – Duboce Triangle, the Mission, Hayes Valley and the Castro.
Argus consulted on the identity and brand strategy, while also developing interior and exterior signage, signage programming and ADA. Our goal was to support the unique qualities of the building in a sleek and modern way. Exterior signage was keep minimal and contemporary in stainless steel which is backlight at night. Additionally, we commissioned an interior “Home Sweet Home” sign as a welcome as residents enter the building.
