About the Project:
Ocean View Senior Apartments, a BRIDGE Housing property, is located on the coast of Pacifica, California. The property comprises 100 one-bedroom apartment homes for seniors. Amenities include on-site laundry, a library and community room.
Argus was engaged by BRIDGE Housing to develop a brand identity for this revitalized property which is influenced by the apartments’ natural surroundings. Further, we designed the exterior and interior wayfinding signage, as well as commissioning an artist to capture photographs of the area’s coastal landscape for an interior gallery installation.
