Challenge

The community of Sunnydale is undergoing a transformative construction plan, introducing new homes, streets, parks, and amenities for youth and families. The challenge was to effectively communicate these changes and their benefits to current residents and the broader community.

Solution

Leveraging the existing brand we created for Sunnydale, which celebrates the rich cultures of its residents, we developed a website that brings this brand to life. The site is structured around three core communication pillars: the community, the amenities, and the development plan. It showcases the visionary community members and development partners who made this vision a reality, emphasizing the project’s core belief that affordable housing in safe, supportive neighborhoods is fundamental to family success.
